At last it turned much milder over the weekend and we got rid of the cold easterly winds which have persisted for the last couple of months. Lets hope spring has sprung at long last. Sunday turned out to be easily the warmest day of the year so far with a temperature of 18.2°C.

Our blackthorn's just come out, so it's a cautious welcome to spring for me until the end of May.

DeleteIt was lovely to have some warmer weather at last, it really does put you in the mood for getting on with some jobs. Go on then, tell us what Trig is short for. I've never attempted sour dough.
