I think the storm-naming man must be off work this week. Gale force winds were forecast and they have arrived along with some heavy spells of rain. The strong winds are forecast to continue into the weekend before abating.
However, for some reason, this spell of windy weather doesn't warrant being given a name. Other much less windy spells for the winter of 2020/21 have been named.
